Accessible Toilets
There are accessible toilets available in the South Mall and West Mall toilets. The South Mall toilet is fitted with a RoomMate, an electronic, wall-mounted device, which offers Blind and Visually Impaired visitors bespoke audio description in a disabled access toilet.
Wheelchair Hire
Manor Walks offers FREE wheelchair hire to customers during centre opening hours. Our dedicated Customer Service team will greet you and provide the wheelchair at your dedicated booking time.

Disabled Parking
We have car parking spaces reserved especially for disabled shoppers across our three car parks. Please ensure you have a valid disabled badge on display when parking in one of our disabled spaces.

We have developed a visual guide which aims to support you from the early stages of planning a visit, arriving at the centre, information about the amenities and what to do in an emergency.
