Santa’s Grotto
A Christmas encounter to remember! Step into Santa’s magical grotto from Saturday 22nd November, he’s heard so much about you and can’t wait to find out what is on your Christmas list.
The big man and his cheeky elves will be greeting families from 10am-4pm in his FREE grotto which can be found in Centre Mall (next to Greggs and Boots). Children will receive a nice list certificate from Santa during the visit.
The Grotto will be open 10am-4pm daily:
- Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd November
- Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th November (*bookings only 10am-11am)
- Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th December (*bookings only 10am-11am)
- Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th December
- Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st December
- Monday 22nd December
- Tuesday 23rd December
- Wednesday 24th December
Booking is not required for this event so customers can just turn up on the day. Please note during busier periods we may have to close the queue early to meet everyone as the grotto will close at 4pm.
Please also note that Santa and his elves need to take a short break within operating hours. At 1pm Santa will go to feed his reindeers with the queue reopening at 1:20pm.
*We’re also hosting Sensory Santa Sessions on Sunday 30th November and Sunday 7th December from 10am-11am, there will be no music to make your visit as easy and relaxed as possible. Please only book a slot for this session if your child has sensory processing issues and needs a little extra support.
Places are limited and each booking slot is for one family (not per child) and lasts approx. 5mins.
