Starting Wednesday 4th March, Manor Walks is trialling dog-friendly shopping. Well-behaved dogs are now welcome in the mall areas at Manor Walks and participating retailers as part of a centre-wide trial.
We know dogs are part of the family for many of our visitors, and we’re pleased to introduce this initiative to make your visit even more enjoyable.
Please note: Individual stores choose whether to take part in the scheme. Look out for the window sticker to see which retailers are welcoming dogs inside.
Dog Etiquette Guide
To help us keep Manor Walks safe and comfortable for everyone, we ask that all owners follow these simple guidelines:
-Dogs must remain on a short lead at all times
-Dogs must not foul in public spaces. If an accident happens, owners must clean up immediately.
-Only bring dogs that are well-behaved and comfortable in busy indoor environments
-Dogs must not be left unattended
-Owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times

Stores Taking Part
Participating stores will display a We’re Dog Friendly sticker in their window. If a store does not display the sticker, dogs are not permitted inside (with the exception of assistance dogs). Please note our retailers have the option to opt out at any time and this list was correct at time of publish.

Manor Walks reserves the right to ask owners to remove dogs displaying disruptive behaviour or not complying with the Dog Etiquette Guide. This trial will be reviewed periodically in consultation with our retailers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are dogs allowed in all stores?
No. Participation is optional. Please check for the We’re Dog Friendly sticker before entering and respect that not all stores are dog friendly.
Are assistance dogs allowed?
Yes. Assistance dogs are always welcome throughout the centre.
What happens if a dog behaves aggressively?
Centre Management or security will ask the owner to remove the dog from the premises immediately.
Who is responsible for my dog?
Owners are fully responsible for the supervision and behaviour of their dog at all times.
Why are you going dog-friendly?
We’re always looking for ways to enhance the experience at Manor Walks and respond to what our community wants. This dog-friendly trial is part of our commitment to making Manor Walks a welcoming, modern shopping and leisure destination.
I have a dog allergy, what should I know?
As this is a shared public environment where assistance dogs are always permitted, we cannot guarantee a completely dog-free space within the mall. Dogs must remain on a short lead and under control at all times.
